PonoSystem is led by a senior telecommunications engineer and program leader with over 30 years of hands-on experience across federal and commercial sectors — combining technical depth with proven program execution discipline.
Terry Fuellas is the Founder and CEO of PonoSystem LLC, bringing over 30 years of telecommunications engineering and program leadership experience spanning federal and commercial environments. His career has been defined by hands-on engineering and program execution on complex communications infrastructure programs — from initial requirements analysis and feasibility assessment through final acceptance and operational transition.
Terry has led network architecture, fiber optic infrastructure planning, transport network modernization, and multi-site infrastructure programs for a range of federal and commercial clients. His technical depth spans Layer 1 through Layer 3 transport systems, DWDM and MPLS backbone design, structured fiber cabling systems, and high-availability network architecture for mission-critical environments. Equally important is his program leadership experience — managing schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder coordination across concurrent infrastructure initiatives.
As a veteran, Terry brings the discipline, accountability, and mission-first perspective that defines PonoSystem’s approach to every engagement. He founded PonoSystem to provide clients with direct access to senior telecommunications engineering and program leadership expertise — without the overhead and diluted delivery models of large consulting firms.
